Maine's general season (April 1st-September 30th) ended on a high note for NMFF! The last weeks of the season were spent all over the state, where the leaves were just the beginning of the changing colors. September 30th, the very last day of the season, was cherished with a repeat client. The salmon were hungry, with some good sized ones coming out to play! A heartbreaker of a Brook Trout was lost, but that's just how it goes sometimes. The solitude of the rivers we explored more than made the day!
